Agency central office

The Central Office contains the Agency Secretary's Office, Policy, Research and Planning Division, Legal Division, Division of Regulatory Management and Act 250 Review, Office of Human Resources, Management Services Division, and the Information Technology Division. (Please see links to the right)

Agency Secretary Jonathan Wood is a member of the Governor's cabinet and is the chief liaison between elected state government and the Agency.  The Secretary's Office coordinates policies of the three Agency departments.
