Legal Interns and the Enforcement Division

The Enforcement Division retains a volunteer legal intern on either a part-time or full-time basis throughout the calendar year. Internships typically span either a school semester or the summer months. Interns work on all aspects of the enforcement litigation process and are supervised by the Division attorneys. The responsibilities of an intern include: drafting legal documents; research and writing, hearing preparation, and settlement negotiations.
