Stay to hear who wins a moose permit at the annual Moose Lottery Live at noon.

mark and his dog magoocjFamily Fun & Field Day  is your opportunity to let your kids try out shotgunning and BB guns with hunter education instructors, check out the inside of a hatchery truck, and see a live search and rescue demo with Warden Schichtle and his K9 Magooch.  You can learn to shoot a crossbow, how to cast to land a trophy trout, and hear the live drawing of the annual Moose Permit Lottery. The festival is free, open to the public and no experience or equipment is needed.

The event features a series of fields skills learning stations, including shot guns, rifles, archery, line casting, and more.
