At the end of the special spring conservation order for snow geese, you are required to take a few minutes to accurately and completely fill out a survey online, even if you did not participate or bag any geese.

To complete the survey online, click "Fill Out Survey", enter your name and permit number, and click "Submit". After you complete the survey, click "Submit Survey". If you prefer, you may also print a copy of this survey, fill it in during the season and mail it to Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department, 111 West Street, Essex Junction, VT, 05452. Please complete and submit the survey by May 15, 2012
